Cancellations
North American Wildlife and Natural Resources Conference
Registrations, less a $50 administrative fee, are refundable until March 20, 2026. After March 20, fees are non-refundable, but substitutions are allowed.
National Military Fish & Wildlife Annual Meeting & Training Workshop
Cancellations made by March 28, 2026 will be refundable less a $50.00 administrative fee. You may request a waiver of this fee if you are able to provide documentation of an order or policy that revokes or denies your travel approval. Cancellations after March 28th are non-refundable, but substitutions are allowed.
