The charge of the Human Dimensions and Social Science Subcommittee is to:

Provide a forum for the discussion of human dimensions and social science research and applications which are relevant to fish and wildlife management.

Advise the membership and leadership of the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies on topics releated to human dimensions and social science research and applications.

Identify significant contributions of human dimensions and social science to state and federal fish and wildlife management.

Identify significant outstanding questions in state and federal fish and wildlife management that could be addressed with human dimensions and social science.
