Through an interactive format, workshop participants will learn about and practice how to provide allyship to each other, starting from a grounding in gender equity. Objectives: Participants understand gender bias and challenges facing women in conservation,and actions they can take to overcome them and support each other.Participants learn how from each other’s experiences and perceptions.
