Input Invited for 75th (2010) North American Conference

The Steering Committee for the 75th North American Wildlife and Natural Resources Conference is soliciting ideas for the Conference theme and topic suggestions for the four concurrent Special Sessions. Recommendations for plenary session keynoters also are invited. The 75th North American will be held March 22-27, 2010, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Input is sought from agencies, organizations and individuals from the professional conservation community. "We welcome and seriously consider all constructive suggestions pertaining to policies, programs and issues of natural resource management," said Steering Committee chair Dick McCabe of the Wildlife Management Institute.??? "Almost every Special Session topic of the past decade resulted from such suggestions." ?

Although Special Session topics may be most pertinent on regional or national scale, the Conference is continental in scope, and matters that transcend national, state and provincial purview are given priority consideration. Submitters of topics are encouraged to recommend potential co-chairs and presenters for the Special Session. ?

Ideas and recommendations should be sent to rmccabe@wildlifemgt.org no later than April 24, 2009. ?
